Impossible to upgrade

Hello,
I 've try to upgrade the firmware of my standard lite kit. I have install mdfwupdate.exe and megadrum manager fx. I want to upgrade with megadrumSTM32e_56_20180628.bin but my megadrum is block on the message "FwSupdaterSTM32e StartUpdateOnPc". When I click on start, the yellow message "Upgrade is in progress" is block.
I have install with the upgrade of megadrum manager fx because I can't load mdfwupdate directly ( I have test with differents ways but for nothing).
What can I do ?
Is there anybody with this problem ?

If you're having a problem upgrading in MDMFX then you have to use the procedure from viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1252 - it always works.

ok but I can't use the mdfwupdate.exe. I suppose it like any software ? When I install it, there is just a windows of code open for a few second and nothing else.
Windows 10 detects there is a problem and say me there's a problem of compatibility. I have have test with windows XP pack 3 compatibility but it's the same thing. I have test with administrator rights, the same.
So when I run the command "mdfwupdate.exe megadrum644_20111213.bin", windows doesn't find the program
I have install it again without my antivirus, always the same windows of code open for a few second and nothing else.

Can you help me ?

I was thinking that my laptop run on windows 10 64 bits so I have test with another PC on windows 10 32 bits, It's the same problem. The program run just for a 1 second and close.
I'm the only one with this problem ? I don't find on the forum, it's curious....

I have made a mistake, I have to upgrade with megadrumSTM32d_56_20180628 for my case and my megadrum is waiting for megadrumSTM32e_56_20180628.
Is it possible that's the problem ?
I can't use my megadrum, it's only work when I power and press the left button.

I'm really in deadlock. Somebody can help me ?

You hit the same problem as several people in viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1252 - they did not follow instructions precisely. You have to follow the steps EXACTLY and it will work 100%. If it doesn't work, describe what you step-by-step exactly and I will tell you where you make a mistake. Most likely you don't do the step 4 correctly. It says there "From a command line run the utility". You most likely try to run mdfwupdate.exe by clicking but you have to run it from a command line.
